• Preparation Idea :

Vanilla custard cake recipe :
Ingredients : milk 1 L, sugar 250 g, 3 eggs, corn starch 100 g, butter 50 g, vanilla sugar 20 g, lemon zest.
Method of preparation:
Mix the milk with the sugar, eggs, starch, salt in a non-stick saucepan (teflon) and boil the mixture for about 1 minute, while stirring continuously.
After boiling, add butter, vanilla sugar, lemon zest and mix until smooth.
The preparation continues by placing it on a suitable tray with a height of 4-5 cm.
Place the hot cream between the layers. The portioning of each piece of cremșnit will be done after 10-12 hours.
