Euro Food Mart Returns Policy.
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. EuroFoodMart.com will gladly accept returns within 30 days of the order delivery date .At our sole discretion after 30 calendar days, we will offer a store credit only.
Please contact us to get a Return Authorization Number before returning any product . Packages without RAN number will be refused.
Things to consider before requesting a RAN:
- Items must be in new, unaltered and unused condition including all original labels and tags. Refunds are contingent upon inspection of item(s) once we receive it.
- Customer is responsible for all shipping costs if we are not at fault .We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.
- If an item is received damaged or is incorrectly shipped by us please contact Customer Support immediately so we can solve the problem right away. All claims for missing or damaged products are accepted ONLY within 5 days after the order is delivered.
- Please note that we cannot accept returns for perishables and heat sensitive products if our shipping guidelines for such products were not considered. Please carefully read our Shipping Policy before ordering.
- All refunds will be issued within seven days from the time the return is received .
Where Should I Return The Items ?
A return address will be provided to you together with your RAN.
