Ingredients :

Ingredients: starch, acidulant (citric acid), coloring foods (black carrot, carrot, hibiscus and safflower concentrates), flavoring.

Preparation :

1) Mix the powder with 75 g sugar (about 4 tablespoons). Gradually stir with at least 6 tablespoons of 500 ml cold liquid until smooth. 2) Bring the remaining liquid to the boil, remove from the heat and stir in the mixed powder with a whisk. 3) Bring the red groats to the boil briefly while stirring. Pour the red jelly into a bowl and let it cool.
