A tried and tested helper in traditional cake preparation for many years is Dr. Oetker cream stiff. It keeps whipped cream stiff and prevents cake bases from getting soggy quickly. High-quality cream cakes have an even more beautiful appearance and consistency. Dr. Oetker cream stiffener is sprinkled into the cream while whipping. One packet is sufficient for 200 - 250 ml of cream. You will receive this product in a pack of 5.

Preparation:

1. Briefly whip 200 - 250 g of cold whipped cream in a mixing bowl using a mixer.
2. Sprinkle the content of one pouch of Sahnesteif  and as desired vanilla sugar and / or sugar while beating constantly.
3. Whip the cream until desired consistency and chill until ready to serve. Stays stiff for several hours.
