Ingredients :

WHEAT FLOUR, sugar, 12% raisins, starch, skimmed MILK POWDER, raising agents (glucono-delta-lactone, sodium bicarbonate), salt, flavoring (contains BARLEY).

Preparation :

1: Pour 200 ml milk into a mixing bowl. Add 1 egg (size M) and mixture, mix with a whisk until smooth. 2: Heat margarine or clarified butter in a coated pan (Ø 28 cm). Pour in the batter and cook over medium heat until golden brown. 3: First quarter the dough, which is still a little liquid on the surface, with 2 spatulas, then turn it over. Tear the dough into small pieces and bake until golden brown. Tip: Sprinkle Kaiserschmarrn with powdered sugar.
