Ingredients :

Corn starch, 23% low-fat cocoa powder, salt, flavoring.

Preparation :

Pudding powder chocolate, fine bitter for 500 ml milk (for 4 servings) 1. Mix pudding powder with 2 tablespoons (40 g) of sugar. Gradually stir with at least 6 tablespoons of the cold milk until smooth. 2. Bring the remaining milk to the boil, remove from the heat, stir in the mixed powder with a whisk. 3. Cook the pudding for at least 1 minute while stirring. Pour the pudding into a bowl or rinsed with cold water. Place in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours to turn out. Tip: Place cling film directly on the hot pudding surface to prevent the pudding skin from forming.
