Ingredients :

Preparation :

Here's how to do it: 1) Drain 1 small can (425 ml) of red beans and 1 mini can (70 g) of corn. Fry 200 g of lean minced meat in 1 teaspoon of hot oil. 2) Pour in 300 ml of cold water and stir in the fix.
