Preparation :

• And this is how it works: 1) Fry 250 g sausage (e.g. 2-3 sausages) in a little hot oil over medium heat. Remove the pan from the heat and the sausage from the pan. Cut the sausage into slices. 2) Pour 200 ml of cold water into the pan. Stir in the fix. Bring the sauce to a boil while stirring. Let them boil for 1 min. 3) Pour the hot sauce over the sausage. Sweet potato fries and a fresh salad go well with the currywurst.
