Composition: horsetail stems and leaves - Equisetum arvense L., fam. Equisetaceae.
Action: antiseptic, expectorant, antihemorrhagic, healing, anti-inflammatory, diuretic, hemostatic, re-mineralizing.
Use: traditionally treats some lung and kidney problems, internal bleeding; externally, in the treatment of eczema and wounds.
Preparation:
Internal use: Decoction - Boil a tablespoon of product in 250 ml of water for 10-15 minutes; strain and drink at room temperature, 2 cups a day, warm, before meals
External use: Decoction - boil 100 g of product in a liter of water for 10-15 minutes; take baths or apply compresse
