• And this is how it works: 1) Pour the Fix onto a flat plate. Moisten 3 schnitzels of 150 g each (from veal, pork or turkey) well with cold water. 2) Place the schnitzels in the breading, press them down well, turn the schnitzels over and press down well again. 3) Fry the schnitzels in a pan with plenty of hot oil over medium heat until golden brown on both sides.
