This Mayonnaise is especially great with French Fries. It’s how we eat them over there, not so much with ketchup, might mix it with some to make a special dip for the French Fries. This Mayonnaise is also perfect for salads. Cold Peas & Carrots Salad: use the can with the tiny peas, can with the whole tiny carrots .. drain both .. in a bowl add 2-3 Tb spoons of the mayonnaise, pinch of salt and pepper, stir until smooth .. fold the peas and carrots carefully into the mayonnaise. Let sit in fridge for a couple of hours (you can also add onions, or whatever you like). Enjoy
