Having toured Romania and Bulgaria (especially the renowned Rose Valley) I must admit that this rose preserve is as authentic as if you were in Bulgaria … this product uses the Rose Damascus petals as the main ingredient and the fragrance and taste is simply awesome but not overpowering… I bake cupcakes using this preserve as part of the liquid ingredients and the result is pure delight. Any other sourced rose preserve (from India, Turkey, China) can’t match this product … it’s worth trying, you will not be disappointed.
