Finally, I found the nearest thing to proper orange marmalade. The old UK brands like Wilkin and Keillor have gone bland, Trader Joe's wonderful Canadian was discontinued, and everything in the US market is sugar-water. The French never understood orange marmalade. But the Germans got it nearly right.

As a long time user of orange marmalade I picked up a reference to Schwartau from reading the book After the Reich. Being very pro-German I decided to give it a try. It may be te best orange marmalade ever, buy if not, right up there near the top. If you are an orange marmalade lover, definitely give it a try.
