We will do our best to accommodate your request , however if the order is in an advanced stage of processing it may not be possible. Please contact us with your request as soon as possible.
Your order may have been canceled for a number of reasons. If your order (or part of your order) is canceled, the relevant funds will be refunded to the payment method used to place the order. This will be completed within 7 days.

As soon as your order has been shipped, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email. You will then be able to track your order through the tracking link on the email. If you haven't received an email yet, not to worry! Your order will usually take around 1-3 business days to be dispatched.
*Please note, tracking may take around 24-48 hours to update after dispatch
If the tracking number says it has been delivered, double check with all family members and/or neighbors that could possibly have picked it up. If the order is still not found please contact your shipping carrier who can help to track down the order. If they can't find the order please contact us immediately so we can begin working to resolve the issue.
We offer Free Economy Shipping on all US 48 lower states orders. Also , for a small fee we offer Expedited shipping if an item is needed faster. Please refer to our Shipping Policy page for complete details .
Generally , small orders can be shipped to PO Boxes. Orders which contains heavy items or multiple qty. of products will need to ship via UPS or FedEx . Please note UPS and FedEx does not deliver to PO Boxes.
We use USPS , UPS or FedEx to ship out orders.
Currently , we do not sell any perishable items . We do not use special packaging to ship heat sensitive products . When ordering ,please keep in mind that chocolates will start melting around 72 deg. Gummy candies may get damaged from high temperatures ( above 85 deg. ). Please take into consideration the outside temperatures in your area . Unfortunately ,we cannot issue refunds on items damaged by heat.
