Preordering Terms and Conditions

The preordering service offered by EuroFoodMart.com allows you to order a product at a significant discount ( usually 20 % ) before it becomes available at our website. Generally ,products are bundled together in larger qty.'s or combined with other products .

The following conditions apply for pre-orders :

1. Payment :

By placing a pre-order, you authorize us to charge your credit card or other payment method at the time of placing the pre-order. You will be charged the full amount specified on the product page. If for any reason we cannot fulfill your order , a full refund will be issued . 

 2. Shipping:

We aim to ship pre-ordered products within 2 business days of receiving the goods. Generally , it should not take more then 8 days from the time customer place a preorder to the time it is processed and shipped. If there are any unforeseen delays in processing your order we will promptly notify you via e-mail.

3. Shipping of Preordered and Available Items Together :

If your order includes both pre-ordered items and items that are currently available, we will ship all items together once the pre-ordered items become available. We cannot  do partial shipments. If in -stock items are needed faster , we advise you to place two orders : one for in stock items  and a different order for  the pre-ordered items. 

4. Cancelations :

Cancellation by You: You may cancel your pre-order at any time before the product is shipped. To cancel, contact our customer support team . Refunds will be processed within a reasonable timeframe.

Cancellation by Us: We reserve the right to cancel your pre-order at any time before the product is shipped. If we cancel your pre-order, you will receive a full refund. We will also promptly notify you via e-mail.

By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions. This Agreement may be updated from time to time, and it is your responsibility to review the terms before placing a pre-order.
