Bernbacher dumplings mix pack includes 3 pouches of 83.4 g each ( 250 g total ) made of  all natural quality durum wheat semolina .Makes a delicious addition to chicken and vegetable soups. Also excellent in clear broths. To prepare these dumplings, mix 2 tablespoons butter (room temperature), one medium egg, a pinch of salt, and a pinch of nutmeg in a bowl. Add contents of one packet and mix well. Use a teaspoon to drop by spoonfull into boiling broth. Boil for twenty minutes. Let dumplings cook for an additional 5-10 minutes before serving.
