Preparation :

• Here's how to do it: 1) Stir the fix into 100 ml of lukewarm water. Add 500 g of lean minced meat and mix well. 2) Form meatballs or a meatloaf. 3) Fry the meatballs in 1 tbsp hot oil. Cook the meatloaf in a preheated oven for about 40 minutes at 200°C (convection: 175°C). Mashed potatoes and pea and carrot vegetables taste good with it.
