• Makes 3 portions

Preparation :

1) Cook 200 g of rice as usual. Cut 1 large (100 g) onion and 300 g chicken breast into cubes.

2) Fry the meat in a saucepan in 3 tablespoons of hot oil, add the onion and sauté it.

3) Add 1 small can (230 g) of chopped tomatoes and 100 ml of water. Stir in the contents of the bag. Let everything simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Stir in 1 cup (150 g) of yogurt. Serve the chicken tikka masala with the rice. Sprinkle with chopped herbs, e.g. chervil or coriander, if desired.
