Pollack fillet in a creamy herb sauce with a fine note of dill. With the KNORR Fix products you will inspire your whole family. With the popular spice base, authentic and varied dishes are guaranteed to be successful.
Preparation - You will need 350 g pollack fillet (fresh or frozen) and 200 ml whipping cream or half & half .Preparation: 1) Place fresh, thawed or frozen pollack in a shallow casserole dish. 2) Stir the contents of the bag into the cream and pour the sauce evenly over the fish. 3) Cook in a preheated oven at 390 ° F (convection: 350 ° F) for 25-30 minutes. Frozen pollack takes a little longer , cook  for approx. 35 minutes. Serve with rice and vegetables.
