Think fresh potato dumplings take an entire afternoon? This dough will convince you of the opposite: Simply stir potato flakes into cold water - leave to swell for 10 minutes - form dumplings - and put them into the boiling water bath. Your dumplings are ready after just 20 minutes. How much time you allow yourself to enjoy is of course up to you.

Preparation :
1. Stir the package contents into 750 ml of cold water with a whisk and let the dough swell for 10 minutes.
2. Form 12 dumplings with wet hands.
3. Put the dumplings in plenty of boiling, salted water and let them boil briefly. Then let it simmer for 20 minutes over low heat (but don't boil it anymore!).
