Juicy salmon fillet with spinach leaves in a creamy sauce baked in the oven.
Preparation -You will need 250 g salmon fillet (fresh or frozen), 225 g frozen leaf spinach and 200 ml whipping cream or half & half . Preparation: 1) Thaw spinach, squeeze out and place in a shallow casserole dish. Place fresh, thawed, or frozen salmon on top. 2) Stir the contents of the bag into the whipping cream cream and let it soak for 1 minute. Pour the sauce over the salmon and spinach leaves. 3) Cook in a preheated oven at 390 ° F (convection: 350 ° F) for 20-25 minutes ( frozen salmon takes longer , cook for about 35 minutes ). Serve it with rice .
