Preparation :

• And this is how it works: 1) Fry 3 schnitzels (150 g each, of turkey, pork or veal) in 1 tablespoon of hot oil. Remove them from the pan and keep them warm. 2) Pour 300 ml of cold water and 50 ml of cooking cream into the pan. Stir in the fix. Bring the sauce to a boil while stirring and cook for 1 min. 3) Place the cutlets in the sauce and let them heat up. It is served with noodles and a colorful mixed vegetable.
