Preparation :

1) Put 125 g of uncooked pasta in a shallow baking dish. Spread 100 g of diced cooked ham on top.

2) Stir the fix into 400 ml of cold water and 100 ml of cooking cream or plant-based cooking cream. Bring the sauce to a boil while stirring and cook for 1 min. Pour the sauce evenly over the pasta.

3) Sprinkle 50 g of grated cheese (16% fat) on top. Bake the gratin in a preheated oven at 200°C (convection: 175°C) for about 30 minutes until golden brown. A tomato or cucumber salad goes well with it.
