Preparation :

Here's how to do it: 1) Cut 3 (250 g) red onions into thin strips. Fry 450 g of sliced meat (veal, pork or poultry) in 1 tbsp hot oil over high heat. 2) Pour in 300 ml of cold water, stir in the fix, bring everything to the boil while stirring and cook over low heat for about 1 minute. 3) Stir in 2 heaped tablespoons (60 g) crème légère and bring the sauce to the boil again.
