Preparation :

• Here's how to do it: 1) Cut 350 g of schnitzel meat (turkey, pork or veal) into strips. Cut 250 g mushrooms into slices (or drain canned mushrooms). Spread the meat and mushrooms in a shallow baking dish. 2) Stir the fix into 150 ml of cold water and 100 ml of cooking cream. Pour the sauce evenly over the meat and mushrooms. 3) Sprinkle 50 g of grated cheese (16% fat) on top. Bake the dish in a preheated oven for about 30 minutes at 200°C (fan 175°C). Serve with pasta and carrots.
