• And this is how it works: 1) Cut 225 g sausages (e.g. Wiener, Bratwurst, Fleischwurst) into slices. Fry them in 1-2 tablespoons of hot oil. 2) Pour in 375 ml of cold water and stir in the fix. Bring to a boil while stirring. 3) Cover and simmer the sausage goulash over low heat for about 5 minutes. Stir from time to time. Delicious with potatoes or pasta and colorful vegetables.
